MONITOR:

The setup requires four monitor speakers at the front of the stage: two linked for the singer (Giorgio), one shared between banjo and guitar, and one shared between bass and woodwind instruments. Additionally, the band requires 7 independent Auxiliary outputs for the in-ear systems : 1 cabled system mono (Banjo), 1 cabled system stereo (Drums), 2 wireless systems stereo (Main Vox and woodwinds). All the In-ear monitor system are provided by the band and are for the band’s exclusive use.

bACKDROP:

If it’s possible to set up the backdrop, rope or similar equipment of adequate length will be required. The sheet has a series of reinforced eyelets, approximately O2 cm in diameter, along the sides.

If the backdrop might be difficult to install, the organization is asked to let us know in order to simplify the logistics.

LOADING AND UNLOADING OF EQUIPMENT AND SETUP

It is necessary to access the venue with the van/cars as close to the stage as possible in order to unload the equipment required for the performance. Additionally, a secure parking space for the van is required during the event.

During the show, the singer along with other performers using wireless systems, will frequently move around the stage and occasionally offstage, unless technical issues prevent it.

At a specific point in the setlist, the singer, another performer, or a staff member will wave a Clurs-branded flag. A crew member will indicate the exact timing within the set. The flag stick is adjustable, but if the stage ceiling is lower than three meters or there are any other limitations, we kindly ask the organizers to inform us well in advance.

SHOW

Toward the end of the show, specifically during the final song, the performers invite a small group of audience members on stage to sing and close the show together. If, for any reason, the organizers would prefer to avoid this moment, we kindly ask that they notify us ahead of time.

BACKSTAGE

A covered, dry, secure, and private area is required, not accessible to third parties, with enough space to accommodate 7-8 people (band + staff+girlfriends).

The backstage, if designated in outdoor structures, such as at outdoor events, must be as sheltered as possible from temperature fluctuations and weather conditions. In general, it must not be in direct contact with grass or dirt, as the band uses delicate musical instruments that are highly sensitive to the environment.

Additionally, a table for placing the equipment and a coat rack with approximately 10 hangers are required, along with trash bins and any other items that may help facilitate changes and keep the backstage as organized as possible. For the warmer months, paper towels are also required.

The band will bring T-shirts and other merchandise. If possible, a small table to display the items is requested. Otherwise, if available, the band would appreciate the possibility to use another area provided by the organization, depending on the event’s availability.

STRUCTURE

FOOD

Giorgio, the singer, is lactose intolerant and has allergies to mushrooms and seafood. For meals, he prefers vegetarian cuisine, or something similarly light to eat.

The other artists and staff do not have any specific dietary requirements. Although they enjoy all types of cuisine, please consider lighter alternatives or avoid ingredients that may be too heavy on digestion.

The organizers are kindly requested not to schedule meals too close to the performance time.

In addition to meals, beers, drinks, snacks, local dishes are appreciated in the backstage area.

Before the show begins, 6 bottles of still water are required

THE CLURS AND THEIR STAFF SINCERELY THANK THE ORGANIZATION FOR ANY FORM OF KINDNESS AND ATTENTION !
